Circulation boot camp — maybe one for controlled, one for paid. Concentrate on the 4-5 things you need to do to run a program. For paid, it could be projecting your file size, renewal series, basic reports, budget basics. For controlled, it could be organizing your requal campaigns, just understanding basic audit rules, how to organize your files for an audit, preparing a competitive analysis, basic budgeting.
