Keynote Presentation: Customer Experience is Your Brand

This presentation will show how brands create value through interactions with people across time and space. To bring this new brand framework to life, LinkedIn will be shown as a case study. Dan Wallace is the co-author of The Physics of Brand, published by Simon & Schuster.

Dan has won awards for branding, entrepreneurship and new product innovation. He speaks, leads workshops and consults with companies that range from mid-sized firms to the Fortune 500. Tim Brunelle (@tbrunelle) has been at the forefront of marketing innovation and storytelling since 1992. He's developed brand strategy, directed films, written and directed advertising and design as well as user experience for marketers including 3M, PwC, Thrivent, Skippy, Harley-Davidson, Goodyear, Porsche, Anheuser-Busch, SPAM, Sears and MetLife. Tim also spent eight years helping lead Volkswagen’s “Drivers wanted” campaign in North America. His work has been awarded the One Show Interactive Best of Show, the Grand Clio, Cannes Grand Prix, and the Grand Andy, among others. Tim has worked for Arnold, TBWA, CP+B, Team Detroit, Mullen and Carmichael Lynch. He co-founded and helped run his own agency, Hello Viking, for six years. Currently at BBDO MPLS, Tim acts as Creative Director for multiple Hormel brands, Andersen Windows and 3M, as well as oversees the agency's growing social team. He is a past President of the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association and will be teaching “the future of advertising” again at MCAD this fall. Tim lives with his wife and three boys in Minneapolis.
